Terms and Conditions – JWD383 Online Gaming Philippines

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply when used by JWD383:

• "Platform" refers to the JWD383 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at jwd383.net.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the JWD383 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile and associated wallet maintained by JWD383 for each eligible player.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of JWD383 services, you must create a registered account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. JWD383 is not responsible for account issues arising from inaccurate registration data.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You must not be an existing JWD383 account holder. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by JWD383 or Philippine gaming regulators.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of JWD383 staff.

Account Verification

JWD383 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any stage of your account activity. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3 Age Verification

Philippine law and JWD383 policy require all players to be 21 years of age or older. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. JWD383 implements age verification checks at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.

If JWD383 suspects that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all transactions frozen pending investigation. 4 Account Security

• Do not share your JWD383 login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify JWD383 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or apps.
• JWD383 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not provide it if asked.

JWD383 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on JWD383 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. JWD383 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

JWD383 processes most GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank typically clear within the same business day. JWD383 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

JWD383 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all JWD383 bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified Philippine players only.
• The Welcome Bonus (100% match up to ₱5,000) is available on the first qualifying deposit only. Minimum deposit ₱500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount on sports betting markets with odds of 1.50 or greater.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on JWD383 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or game involved. The following general rules apply across all betting markets on the platform:

Bet Acceptance

JWD383 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation. In the event of a system error, JWD383 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

Odds and Results

• All odds displayed on JWD383 are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Results are determined by the official governing body of each sport or competition.
• JWD383 settles all bets based on official results. Match suspensions, walkovers, and forfeits are handled according to the sport-specific rules in the JWD383 betting rules documentation.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum play time required (as defined in our sport-specific rules), all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the point where the relevant outcome has been determined. JWD383 will void any in-play bet that was placed after the outcome was already decided.

Maximum Payouts

JWD383 enforces maximum payout limits per market and per day. These limits are displayed in the individual market interface. Any bet that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum may be refused or capped at the maximum payout level at JWD383's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at JWD383 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on JWD383 under any identity or device.
• Using the JWD383 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through any technical exploit, collusion, or insider information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial means to interact with JWD383's betting or gaming systems.
• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts, reverse bonus abuse, or any other method designed to generate bonus profits dishonestly.
• Money laundering or any use of JWD383 to conceal the origins of funds obtained illegally.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JWD383 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the JWD383 platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, text, images, software, and game interfaces – is the intellectual property of JWD383 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any JWD383 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• You may not use JWD383's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
• Scraping data, odds, or content from JWD383 by automated means is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

JWD383 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. JWD383 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond JWD383's reasonable control.

JWD383's total liability to any individual player under these Terms, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their JWD383 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

JWD383 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any way.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks within the required timeframe.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through JWD383's responsible gaming tools.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent JWD383 from continuing to provide services to a specific player.

If your account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all outstanding verification requirements are met.
